Buyer’s bank shall issue an Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Confirmed DLC for the first trail shipment issued via swift MT700, issued by the top 50 World Bank, within 5 banking days after signing the contract in favor of Seller designated beneficiary in the amount of one-shipment value,after the completion of the trial order and buyer’s bank should issue the RDLC with the same terms as the DLC and valid for 3 months to the Seller’s bank.
Full Payment is released by 100% T/T within 7 working days after completing and issuing of theSGS/CIQ inspection report at the destination port.
